Expect a different approach. I place emphasis on preparation before I accept you as my client. I also try to screen cases at the time you telephone or contact me by email. I personally represent my clients: I interview, prepare clients for testifying, write briefs and go to trial and hearings with clients. You need not worry that someone else will "handle" your case. I am your lawyer and will be with you at all times to represent you.

I have a nationwide practice in military veterans cases for service connected VA benefits. I can represent you without having to come to my office. All communication can be by telephone.

After you communicate with my office, you receive a contract, a specific questionnaire sheet for your type of case, a medical questionnaire, a job history form for the last 15 years, and a medications form. I do not represent any person until the contract is signed by the client and by me. Then your case is accepted. Your failure to fully complete the questionnaires or forms will delay the interview.
